Description:

Lifting and rotating glass reactor is improved from jacketed glass reactor, the reaction can be lifting up and down, and also can rotate 360°, it is very convenient to discharge the vessel samples and very easy to clean. It is more applied in modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis field.

Working principle:

Lifting and rotating glass reactor has electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system. The interlayer of kettle body needs to be connected with heating or cooling circulation equipment. When the material is stirred, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to make the materials in the kettle are heated or cooled at a constant temperature. When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device need to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device need to be connected), which can be refluxed into the kettle. It can also be recycled through the lower valve of the dean-stark. When the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.

This series of products need to be equipped with a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device to form system devices.

Feature:

1. The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which has stable performance and is not easy to chemically react with the material, and is easy to use.

2. The main bracket is made of square steel anti-corrosion spray + aluminum alloy + stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, beautiful and durable.

3. The kettle cover is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance.

4. The kettle lid and the part above the kettle lid can be lifted and lowered electrically, and the kettle body can be rotated 150° to the left by the hand wheel, which is convenient for cleaning and manual rotation.

5. Glass + PTFE discharge valve, discharge on the side without liquid accumulation, and recover the solution very quickly.

6. Buffering device: After the inlet and outlet of the jacket are connected to the stainless steel hose, fixed to the bracket, and then connected to the external circulation pipe to reduce the pressure of the inlet and outlet liquid, it can also avoid the connection between the glass interlayer circulation port and the circulation pipe of damage.

7. Low-speed booster motor, frequency conversion speed regulation, fine-tuning through the knob, double-display speed control box can digitally display the speed and the temperature of the material in the kettle, stable performance, clear display control and data plane, easy to operate.

8. The stirring system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the stirring rod from being worn and chipped. It is resistant to high temperature, wear and tear, and has good sealing effect.

9. Adopt PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel, transparent PTFE tube, double anti-corrosion.

10. The vacuum pressure gauge shows the real-time vacuum, and the pointer shows it.

11. Crescent-shaped stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; the stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel, covered with PTFE tube, with high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

12. There is a Fo ma universal wheel with brakes at the bottom of the machine, which can be moved as a whole and is easy to operate.

13. Stirring and lifting fuse protection performance is high.
