Single glass reactor inner placed reaction solvent which can be stirred, single layer glass reaction kettle is heated by computer control oil bath or electric heating. At the same time, it can be worked at atmospheric pressure or vacuum state, to control the reaction solution reflux and distillation, it is the ideal equipment for modern synthesis chemical, biological pharmaceuticals and making new materials, used for preparation experiment and production equipment.
Feature:
1. All parts in contact with materials are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and PTFE, which are stable and not easy to react with materials, easy and safe to use.
2. The main support is made of cold plate anti corrosive spraying + aluminum alloy, which has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation characteristics, and the pot liner is made of stainless steel, which has compact structure, durability and beautiful appearance.
3. Glass + tetrafluoro discharge valve, no accumulation of liquid side discharge, simple and easy to operate.
4. low-speed force-generating motor, electronic infinitely variable speed regulation, fine-tuning by twisting, double-display speed box can digitally display the speed and temperature of the material in the kettle, stable performance, clear display of the control and data plane, simple and easy to operate.
5. Thermostatic bath with digital display of temperature, locking push-button switch control, K-type sensor at the bottom of the pot + stainless steel probe, so that the temperature control is more accurate, fast and accurate transfer of temperature.
6. Stirring system adopts ceramic bearing and mechanical sealing to prevent the stirring rod from wearing out and dropping chips, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and good sealing effect.
7. Adopt PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel material, coat transparent PTFE tube, double anti-corrosion.
Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, pointer display.
8. Crescent stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; stirring rod made of 304 stainless steel, outer PTFE tube, high strength, corrosion resistance.
9. There is a drain valve at the bottom of the potting chamber, which is convenient for liquid discharge.
10. The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal wheels with brakes, which can be moved as a whole and is convenient for operation.
11. Stirring, heating double fuse safety protection performance is high.
