Working principle:
Lifting and rotating glass reactor has electric constant speed stirring system, condensation and dropping system. The interlayer of kettle body needs to be connected with heating or cooling circulation equipment. When the material is stirred, the circulating hot solution or cooling liquid is injected through the interlayer to make the materials in the kettle are heated or cooled at a constant temperature. When the material is heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device need to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid when passing through the glass condensing coil (a cooling device need to be connected), which can be refluxed into the kettle. It can also be recycled through the lower valve of the dean-stark. When the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.
This series of products need to be equipped with a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device to form system devices.
Feature:
1.All parts in contact with materials are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient of 3.3) and PTFE, which have stable performance and are not easy to react with materials, and are easy and safe to use.
2.The main support is made of square steel anticorrosive spraying + aluminum alloy + stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, highly efficient and stable, beautiful and durable.
3.The kettle cover is made of PTFE, good sealing, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, safe operation.
4.The kettle cover and the above part of kettle cover can be lifted and lowered electrically, and the kettle body can be rotated 150° to the left by handwheel, which is easy to clean, rotate manually and safe to operate.
5.Glass + tetrafluoro discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge, recovery solution is very fast.
6.buffer device: jacket inlet and outlet connected to stainless steel hose, fixed to the bracket, and then connected to the external circulation pipe to reduce the pressure of the inlet and outlet liquid, but also to avoid the breakage of the glass sandwich circulation port and the connection part of the circulation pipe.
7.Low-speed force-generating motor, frequency conversion speed control, fine-tuning by twisting, double-display speed box can digitally display the rotational speed and the temperature of the material in the kettle, with stable performance, clear display of the control and data plane, and simple and easy to operate.
8.Stirring system adopts ceramic bearing and mechanical sealing, which can prevent the stirring rod from wearing out and dropping chips, with high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and good sealing effect.
9,.The use of PT100 temperature sensor, 304 stainless steel, jacket transparent PTFE tube, double anti-corrosion.
10.Vacuum pressure gauge shows real-time vacuum, pointer display.
