What is the reason why the 50L jacketed glass reactor sticks to the wall when in use?

When using the 50L jacketed glass reactor, this situation often occurs on the wall, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects

1. When is the operating equilibrium temperature? When the pressure and temperature control process is unstable or fluctuates too much, the polycondensation process of the resin is uneven, which is easy to cause adhesion. Therefore, in production operations, pressurization and preheating should be carried out slowly. Usually, water vapor of about 0.15Mpa passes through for 2-3 minutes, and then the pressure is gradually increased to increase the temperature. The lifting speed is preferably 0.1-0.15Mpa per minute.

2. Raw material factors. Due to the high sulfate content in urea, adding urea in the late stage of the resin polycondensation reaction is equivalent to adding a curing agent to help the resin quickly cross-link into a mesh structure. If it is not handled in time, different resins will be made. Therefore, standard industrial urea raw materials should be used in production to limit the sulfate content in urea to below 0.0001

The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, which can play a good role in high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance

3. Reaction temperature and time of 50L jacketed glass reactor When the reaction liquid temperature is lower than 80℃, if ammonium chloride is used as a catalyst, the reaction speed of ammonium chloride is fast and the pH value is not high. After the temperature rises, the pH value drops rapidly, the reaction speed is accelerated, the polycondensation reaction is strong, and it is not easy to gel, resulting in the jacketed glass reactor sticking to the wall.

The 50L jacketed glass reactor is a new type of jacketed glass reactor that has been improved for many years on the basis of a single-layer multifunctional jacketed glass reactor. It meets the requirements of convenient high and low temperature, rapid heating and cooling, and is a synthetic material for modern laboratories, chemicals, medicines and heart materials.

The 50L jacketed glass reactor is widely used in process pressure vessels such as petroleum, chemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicines, sulfide foods, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbons, polymerization, condensation, etc.
