The other opening of the reflux condenser is connected to a receiving bottle with a grinding mouth to receive the evaporated organic solvent. There is a three-way piston between the condenser and the vacuum pump. When the system is connected to the atmosphere, the distillation flask and the receiving bottle can be removed and the solvent can be transferred. When the system is connected to the vacuum pump, the system should be in a decompressed state. Then start the motor to rotate the distillation flask; after completion, the machine should be stopped first, and then the atmosphere should be turned on to prevent the distillation flask from falling off during the rotation. The rotavapor adopts stepless speed regulation to keep the glass rotating bottle rotating at a constant speed. The material forms a large area of ​​uniform film on the bottle wall, and then the rotating bottle is evenly heated using an intelligent constant temperature water bath. Evaporation is carried out at a high speed under vacuum conditions, and the solvent vapor is cooled by a glass condenser and recovered in a collection bottle. It is of great significance in the pharmaceutical production process.
