The rotary vane vacuum pump is a two-stage direct connection structure. Its working performance is divided into two parts: the high-pressure stage and the low-pressure stage. Its suction port can be connected to the vacuum system equipment. During operation, a large amount of gas in the container is sucked in and discharged. When the equipment obtains vacuum, close the high-pressure stage exhaust valve, transfer the gas at the high-pressure stage inlet to the second stage, and a certain vacuum can be obtained through the second-stage suction and exhaust vacuum equipment. The technical parameters of the 2XZ type rotary vane vacuum pump are 6x10-2Pa. The pump is connected to the motor shaft and has the characteristics of high speed, small size, compact structure, and convenient fluidity. It can be used to manufacture electric vacuum devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing, blistering, refrigeration equipment repair, instrumentation, etc. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and low noise, it is more suitable for use in experimental research laboratories.
Structure of rotary vane vacuum pump: The rotary vane vacuum pump is a positive displacement pump. It uses rotating blades to run continuously in the pump chamber to suck in and compress the gas, and then discharge it from the exhaust port. The pump is mainly composed of a stator, a rotor, a rotating blade, etc. The rotor is eccentrically selected to be installed in the stator cavity. There are two rotating blades in the rotor slot, and a rotating spring is provided between the two rotating blades. The air inlet and outlet on the stator are divided into two parts by the rotor and the rotating blades. When the rotor rotates in the stator cavity, the moving blades slide under the action of the spring tension close to the inner wall of the pump cavity and its own centrifugal force, gradually reducing the volume of the exhaust port, compressing the inhaled gas, and then discharging it from the exhaust port to achieve the purpose.

Scope of application of rotary vane vacuum pump:
1. Suitable for vacuuming of closed systems. Such as vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, vacuum suction, etc.
2. Inlet pressure range: If this range is exceeded, oil mist will be generated at the vacuum pump exhaust port. The working environment temperature and the inhaled gas temperature should be between 5℃~40℃.
3. The vacuum pump cannot pump away water or other liquids. Explosive, flammable, oxygen-rich, and corrosive gases cannot be removed.
A. The motors provided are generally not explosion-proof. If there are explosion-proof or other special requirements, the motor must meet the relevant standards
