When the pressure and temperature control are unstable or fluctuate too much, the condensation process of the resin is uneven, which is easy to cause adhesion. Therefore, during the production process, pressure and preheating should be slow. Usually, water vapor of about 0.15MPa is passed for 1 to 4 minutes, and then the pressure is gradually increased. The lifting speed is preferably 0.1~0.15Mpa per minute.
Due to the high sulfate content in urea, when urea is added in the later stage of the resin polycondensation reaction, it is equivalent to adding a curing agent to promote the rapid cross-linking of the resin into a network structure. If it is not handled in time, it will be made into resin. Therefore, standard industrial urea raw materials should be used in production to limit the sulfate content in urea to less than 0.0001.
