Purpose and use of Chilling Circulators
Chilling Circulators is a low-temperature liquid circulation equipment that adopts mechanical refrigeration, which has the function of providing low-temperature liquid and low-temperature water bath. It can be used for circulating refrigeration of instruments such as rotary evaporators, vacuum freeze drying boxes, circulating water vacuum pumps, ultraviolet spectrophotometers, magnetic stirrers, etc., and for multi-functional low-temperature chemical reactions, biological reactions, drug reactions, etc.

Main features of Chilling Circulators:
1. Fully enclosed imported refrigeration compressor, fluorine-free refrigeration system and multiple protection devices such as overheating, overcurrent, and overpressure.
2. The Chilling Circulators has internal and external circulation functions. The circulation pump can lead the medium in the tank to the outside to establish a constant temperature field, which plays a role in cooling or constant temperature of the experimental container.
3. Adopting a new generation of imported fully automatic PID temperature setting program and imported temperature sensors, the temperature control accuracy is high.
4. Temperature control technology plus U-shaped double circulation system improves temperature uniformity.
5. The screen LCD displays Chinese and English, the data is clear, the appearance is beautiful, and the personalized interface makes industrial control no longer monotonous.
6. The body shell of the Chilling Circulators adopts mirror anti-aging electrostatic spray painting technology, and the inner tank table is made of S304 stainless steel, which is clean, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
7. A drain valve is provided on the side to facilitate the replacement of the medium.
8. Built-in multiple equipment protection devices:
Over-temperature protection device, buzzer alarm;
The whole machine has power-off protection function;
It has low water level protection and buzzer alarm functions to prevent the medium in the tank from drying out and causing machine failure and explosion-proof function of the heating tube.

Optional functions of Chilling Circulators:
1. Optional communication interface and PC synchronous operation.
2. Optional built-in 1~30-segment program for temperature control, automatic program temperature control, real-time display of set temperature and time program running status.
3. Optional external temperature sensor function to realize internal and external temperature setting, can monitor and control the temperature of the external device system during external circulation.
4. Optional re-layout of the cooling coil built into the tank body to control the exothermic reaction of the reaction tank.
5. The magnetic stirring function can be designed and installed as an option. No external vertical mixer is required. The operation is simple and convenient, and the stirring reaction under fully enclosed constant temperature can be achieved.
6. Casters can be installed according to customer requirements and are easy to disassemble.
7. Customization of products of various sizes or special requirements is accepted.
Instructions for use of Chilling Circulators:
1. Open the water tank cover and pour the corresponding amount of medium (2 cm below the edge of the bath) according to the required constant temperature requirements.
2. Connect the cooling circulation pump to the system used in the experiment according to the general method of Figure 1, and use the insulation hose to connect the liquid inlet and outlet of this equipment to the liquid inlet and outlet of the experimental instrument. If only the cooling circulation pump is used for cold bath operation, just connect the liquid inlet and outlet of the circulation pump.
3. Properly insert the power plug into a dedicated independent socket.
4. After power on, turn on the * switch and the power switch, and the instrument displays the actual temperature.
5. Turn on the refrigeration switch, and the compressor starts working after a three-minute delay (for dual machines, the high-temperature machine works first, and the low-temperature machine works after a three-minute delay after the high-temperature machine reaches the set -30℃, and the refrigeration indicator light is on).
6. When turning on the refrigeration, if there is an internal circulation, you can turn on the pump switch and the internal circulation valve at the same time to ensure uniform bath temperature (can be turned on intermittently). Otherwise, do not turn on the circulation pump.
7. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the circulation pump switch and valve, cool the external cooling instrument, and start the experiment.
8. After the experiment is over, turn off the instrument to be cooled first.
