Working principle of double-layer glass reactor

The working principle of double-layer glass reactor is: inject constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot solution or coolant through the interlayer of double-layer reactor, heat or cool the materials in the reactor at constant temperature, and provide stirring. This equipment can perform vacuum stirring reaction, distillation concentration reaction, separation extraction, and reactant heating experiment. We can pass tap water through the condensing coil in the oil bath pot to achieve the effect of rapid cooling. The material reacts in the reactor and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. After the reaction is completed, the material can be discharged from the opening of the reactor cover or the lower discharge port at the bottom of the reactor, which is convenient to operate. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical small sample, medium sample experiment, biopharmaceutical and new material synthesis.

Main performance of double-layer glass reactor:

1. Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor. Constant speed, brushless, spark-free, safe and stable, can work continuously.

2. The whole set of glass instruments is made of high borosilicate glass, with good chemical and physical properties.

3. After a cycle of hot oil passing through the glass interlayer interface, heating reaction can be performed, and low-temperature reaction can be studied by passing through freezing liquid.

4. The double-layer glass reactor can react at room temperature, and tap water can quickly take away the reaction heat.

5. The flange mouth and polytetrafluoroethylene valve of the lower discharge port have no dead corners in the container and can be disassembled to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.

6. The cover of the spray-coated polytetrafluoroethylene reactor has a large mouth design for easy cleaning, and the standard mouth socket can be selected for assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis devices.
