How to use the cold trap of a glass reactor
The glass reactor is mainly used to continuously distill a large amount of volatile solvents under reduced pressure, such as the distilled extract and receiving liquid in the chromatographic separation process. The basic principle of the glass reactor is the vacuum distillation of the distillation flask under continuous rotation. As a heat source for distillation, it is often equipped with some corresponding constant temperature water tanks.

Let's take a look at the management method of the cold trap of the glass reactor:
1. Turn on the low-temperature coolant circulation system. Note that after pressing the power button, press the refrigeration button, and start the circulation after the ambient temperature required by the enterprise is lowered
2. Install the steaming flask and fix it with a clamp. Turn on the vacuum pump and wait for a certain amount of vacuum before starting to rotate.
3. Adjust the height and rotation speed of the distillation flask and set the appropriate water bath temperature
4. Stop rotating after steaming, then open the atmosphere, and then remove the distillation flask.
5. Stop the low temperature control coolant circulation pump, stop the water bath for heating, pour out the solvent in a receiving bottle, wash the buffer ball, and the receiving bottle.
