Common faults and troubleshooting methods of circulating water vacuum pumps

(1) Low vacuum degree

1. There are foreign objects in the vacuum bottle. Clean them.

2. The threads at the connection between the two sections of the vacuum bottle are loose. Tighten them by hand.

3. There are foreign objects in the check valve. Remove and clean it.

4. The water inlet under the pump head is blocked. Clean it.

(II) The vacuum gauge does not move or jump

1. The vacuum gauge does not move. This may be caused by the blockage of the air hole at the rear of the vacuum gauge. Disassemble the vacuum gauge and clean it.

2. The pointer jumps, indicating that the check valve or vacuum bottle is leaking. Clean the check valve and tighten the threads of the two sections of the vacuum bottle.

(III) Abnormal motor start-up

1. The motor does not start, which may be caused by the power not being connected or the fuse being burned out.

2. After the motor is connected, the motor makes a buzzing sound but does not start. The power should be cut off immediately, and then the wind wheel in the motor cover should be turned a few times by hand.

(IV) Precautions

The pump head cannot discharge water for a long time to avoid wear of the mechanical seal. The motor must be well grounded and the circulating water must be kept clean to prevent the vacuum pump from being blocked.

Within one year after the circulating water vacuum pump is sold, the user uses it according to regulations. If a failure occurs, our factory is responsible for repair. If a failure occurs beyond the warranty period, it can also be repaired by our factory and the original price and repair fee will be charged.
