Operating procedure of the vacuum distillation rotary evaporator:

1. Connect the condenser with a silicone tube and connect the vacuum pump with a vacuum hose

2. First, inject water into the heating tank. Use pure water or tap water and let it stand for 1-2 days before use

3. Adjust the angle of the host: Just loosen the screws connecting the host and the column. The host can be tilted 0-45 degrees.

4. Connect the condensed water, connect the power supply 220V150Hz, connect the host to the evaporator bottle (do not loosen), turn on the vacuum pump to a certain vacuum degree and then release your hand.

5. Adjust the height of the host: Press the pressure rod at the bottom of the heating tank, adjust the arc to the appropriate position, and then leave the pressure rod to reach the desired height.

6. Turn on the speed control switch, the green light is on, adjust the speed control knob on the left, and the rotary evaporator starts to rotate. Turn on the thermostat switch, the green light is on, adjust the thermostat knob on the left, the heating tank starts to automatically control the temperature and heat, and the instrument enters trial operation. When the temperature and vacuum degree reach the required range, the solvent can evaporate into the receiving bottle.

7. After the evaporation process is completed, first turn off the speed control switch and temperature control switch, press the lower rod to make the main machine rise continuously, then turn off the vacuum pump, open the exhaust valve above the condenser, connect it to the atmosphere, take out the evaporation bottle, and the base preparation process is completed.
