How to use a low-temperature chilling circulator?

A low-temperature chilling circulator is a low-temperature liquid circulation equipment that uses various mechanical designs for refrigeration. It has the function of developing and providing low-temperature liquids and low-temperature water baths. Combined with rotary evaporators, vacuum freeze drying boxes, circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps, magnetic stirrers and other instruments, it can perform multifunctional low-temperature chemical reaction operations and drug storage. The low-temperature chilling circulator can be matched with a variety of instruments (rotary evaporators, fermentation tanks, chemical reactors, freeze drying equipment, biopharmaceutical reactors, etc.); the refrigeration capacity is large and the refrigeration speed is fast, which greatly improves the work efficiency; the flow rate of the circulating pump of this machine is adjustable and can be customized, which greatly meets the actual needs of different users. All models of this machine can be reasonably matched between low temperature and refrigeration capacity, low temperature and container volume according to user requirements.

How to use a low-temperature chilling circulator:

1. Open the water tank cover and pour in the corresponding amount of medium (2 cm below the edge of the bath) according to the constant temperature requirements.

2. Connect the cooling circulation pump to the system used in the experiment, and use the insulation hose to connect the inlet and outlet of this equipment to the inlet and outlet of the experimental instrument. If only one cooling system circulation pump is used for cold bath operation, connect the inlet and outlet of the circulation pump and start the operation.

3. Insert the power plug properly into the independent socket.

4. After power on, turn on the low-temperature chilling circulator switch and the power switch, and the instrument displays the actual temperature.

5. Turn on the refrigeration switch, and the compressor starts working after a three-minute delay (the high-temperature machine of the dual machine works first, and the low-temperature machine works after a delay of three minutes after the high-temperature machine is set to 30°C)

6. When turning on the refrigeration, if there is an internal circulation, the pump switch and the internal circulation valve can be turned on at the same time to ensure uniform bath temperature (can be turned on intermittently). Otherwise, it is necessary to turn on the circulation pump.

7. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the circulation pump switch and valve, cool the external cooling instrument, and start the experiment.

8. After the experiment is over, turn off the instrument to be cooled first, turn off the circulation pump switch, refrigeration switch, and power switch in turn, then pull down the safety switch and unplug the power plug.

9. If it is not used for a long time, please drain the coolant. Rinse with clean water.
